Architecture Drafter

LMnt Architecture is looking to fill multiple positions for experienced Revit Architectural Drafters.  We are looking for individuals with high professional standards and a strong work ethic to embrace our team-oriented environment and to thrive in our fast-paced atmosphere. Our mission is to provide our clients with unmatched customer service while delivering our designs with timeliness and integrity.

 

Drafters will be responsible for:

□  Working closely with Project Managers and Architects

□  Drafting rough and detailed plans for foundations, buildings, and structures, based on preliminary concepts, sketches, from the project manager and architects.

□  Preparing multiple versions of designs for review by other staff and clients.

□  Revising construction documents required by site visits, plan revisions, city comments or other requests.

□  Develop concept and presentation renderings with the use of Photoshop and Revit.

 

Qualifications

We are looking for detail oriented and creative thinkers, who can work under deadlines and in a team environment. Successful candidates should have a minimum of 4 years on the job Revit drafting experience. All candidates must be computer literate and have basic knowledge of typical office software. Candidates need to be well versed in the use of Revit and AutoCAD.

Project Manager/ Project Architect

LMnt Architecture is looking for experienced Project Architects / Project Managers. We are looking for individuals with high professional standards and a strong work ethic to embrace our team-oriented environment and to thrive in our fast-paced atmosphere. Our mission is to provide our clients with unmatched customer service while delivering our designs with timeliness and integrity.

In this position, you will be responsible for the development of our project, including schematic design, construction documents, design collaboration, coordination with design consultants, and interfacing with clients. Applicants should have strong leadership and communication skills along with a high level of organizational abilities to manage multiple projects through all phases of design and construction on time and within budget.

 

□  5 -7+ years of experience with residential and/or commercial architecture and construction document creation.

□  Management of projects and various stages of design

□  Design collaboration

□  Strong presentation and client interaction skills

□  Construction document production

□  Proficiency in Revit is a must

□  Strong knowledge of building codes, structures, systems, and project type standards

□  Coordination with consultants, design, and documentation
